Manchester United’s first signing of 2015 could be right around the corner, as a move for Seamus Coleman is certainly hotting up rather quickly. The Republic of Ireland international has been touted for a move to Old Trafford over the past couple of transfer windows, and it looks like its coming to fruition.
Late last night, Sky Bet stopped offering a market on Coleman switching Everton blue for Manchester United red, and following that this image of him wearing a United kit as a youngster appeared on Twitter.
Coleman would be a fantastic signing for Louis van Gaal’s new-look Manchester United side. The Irishman’s ability to bomb down the right-hand side and often chip in with plenty of goals and assists would be pivotal, particularly if we persist with the 5-3-2 formation allowing him to go forward even more.
