CHICHARITO SCORES TWO OFF THE BENCH

Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez only had 13 minutes to make an impression for Real Madrid in Saturday's game at Deportivo La Coruna.

It's safe to say the Mexico international accomplished that goal.

In only his second Real Madrid appearance – both of which have been off the bench – Chicharito scored his first two goals for the Blancos in an 8-2 rout over the home side.

In the 88th minute, Hernandez took a bouncing ball on the edge of the area and unleashed a stunning left-footed strike to open his account for the Madrid giants. Just before the final whistle, the Mexico striker's deflected shot from distance looped over the goalkeeper for his second.

Hernandez joined Real Madrid on deadline day in a season-long loan from Manchester United. He made his debut for the club in last weekend's home loss to archrival Atletico Madrid.
