Ahead of the visit of QPR this weekend, Manchester United have received another boost as Michael Carrick has returned to first-team training. The 32-year old went over on his ankle in pre-season, and was projected to be out for around ten weeks – returning to the first-team in October.
However it looks like Michael Carrick has got back ahead of schedule, and its nice to see a familiar face back in and around Carrington. His only concern now will be getting match fit, and trying to force his way back into the extremely competitive Manchester United starting XI.
