Falcao injury revealed Manchester United, Latest news update: October 26, 2014 1:15 AM Radamel Falcao has not suffered a recurrence of his knee problems but could miss the Chelsea game after picking up a knock. Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has revealed the Colombian striker picked up the knock in training on Friday morning, and although it is not thought to be serious, it could force him to sit out the game against Jose Mourinho's side. The Reds boss also dismissed suggestions the injury is anything to do with the serious knee injury problem that forced him to miss the World Cup. "He got a kick in the morning so we have to wait and see if he's fit enough," he told reporters. "But it's not a knee problem. "He had a knee problem but not anymore. We have to build Falcao up, that I have also said in the first press conference when he came to our club. "It is difficult because we are playing [games] already, that's difficult but we have played him because I like the way he was playing so we play with two strikers. "Now I have to choose between two strikers, even three because [James] Wilson can also play, the younger player."
