Spanish newspaper Marca explain on Saturday that Carlo Ancelotti and Real Madrid have got to the stage where Javier Hernandez's future at the club is not under question. It's not under question because Javier Hernandez doesn't have a future at Real Madrid. Marca explain that nobody expected the loan move to work out as badly as it has.
Hernandez himself was publicly very confident about the and perhaps too publicly willing to tell everyone how Real Madrid were the biggest club of his career and a dream come true, that could be absolutely what he feels but on a loan move there's pretty decent chance you'll have to return somewhere with your tail between your legs.
Everyone at madrid expected Ancelotti to give Hernandez more minutes and the Mexican has at several reportedly been frustrated. The return to fitness of Jese means Hernandez is further down the list and he's not even getting sympathy minutes so often.
It sounds like Real Madrid would send him back to Manchester United during January if they could but the loan move is for the whole season. Soon enough he'll be back at Old Trafford and the question of Hernandez's future will rise again. Unless something changes dramatically at Real Madrid, perhaps a plague among their attackers.
